(ORAL) Appellant-Jaswinder Kaur, has filed the present appeal against the order dated 25.11.2009 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ferozepur, whereby the petition under Sections 7 and 10 read with Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, filed by the appellant for custody of minor child-Sahil who was born on 23.01.2001, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous as the minor child-Sahil has attained majority.
