Rajesh Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, on behalf of respondents No.1, 3 & 4, has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

As per the status report filed on behalf of respondents No.1, 3 & 4, the physical possession of the property has been delivered to the petitioner-Bank.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-Bank submitted that since the grievance of the petitioner-Bank, as raised in the present writ petition has been redressed, therefore, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
