Grievance of the petitioners is that they worked on a higher post i.e. Canal Patwaries for a considerable period. However, they have not been paid higher salary for discharging such duties. Admittedly order has now been withdrawn by now and petitioners have rejoined back as Beldar. As regards claim of the petitioners for the higher pay for which they have worked as Canal Patwaries, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners shall be satisfied if the matter is looked into and a speaking order is passed. Learned State counsel submits that needful shall be done within two weeks.
In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
