Only grievance of the petitioner is that no decision has been taken on the parole application moved by him. Reply by way of affidavit of Sulakhan Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Valtoha, Camp at Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. He assures the court that a decision on the parole application shall be taken promptly, in any case not later than ten days. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
