(Oral) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the case in F.I.R No. 166 dated 20.09.2020 under Sections 323/326/506 IPC, registered at P.S. Bhikhiwind District Tarn Taran. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Hittan Nehra, Addl.A.G, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Lakhwinder Singh has informed the Court that petitioner is asking for lodging of cross F.I.R but till date he has not approached the police authorities for recording of his statement.
