(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order dated 24.11.2015 was passed in respect of many persons including the petitioner and few of the persons had already filed the writ petition bearing CWP No.2202 of 2016 titled as "Ram Avtar and others V/s State of Haryana and others" and vide order dated 19.05.2018, the same impugned order has been quashed.
