Present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C.] has been filed for seeking directions to the learned Trial Court to consider and dispose of the cancellation/untraced report arising out of FIR No. 391 dated 14.11.2024 registered at Police Station Bhondsi, Gurugram, under Sections 115, 190, 191(2), 329(4), 351(2), and 353(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 [corresponding to the erstwhile Sections 323, 447, 448, 34, 452, 454, 506, 379, and 356 of the Indian Penal Code] within a period of 6 months. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cancellation report has been presented in the Court on 14.05.2025. However, despite the lapse of one year, no one on behalf of the complainant has come forward to file any objection thereto and no order has been passed on the said cancellation report till date.
