Singh, Additional Director, Urban Estates Department, Haryana, the petitioners do not want to press this petition at this stage with liberty to approach again in case the needful is not done in accordance with para no.7 of the said affidavit.

Dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. In case the petitioners accept compensation in terms of the award, they will be at liberty to take their remedy for enhancement of the compensation, in accordance with law.
