(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the disputed question of facts have arisen in this case as to whether the charge-sheet was served upon the petitioner or not, on the basis of which the impugned order dated 30.07.2010 (Annexure P7) has been passed, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authorities including the authorities within the department for the redressal of grievance of the petitioner as raised in the present writ petition.
