In the present appeal, the challenge is to the impugned judgment dated 23.05.2019 passed by learned Single Judge, by which, claim raised by the petitioners (appellants herein) seeking quashing of notice dated 27.06.2018 vide which, legal action was proposed to be initiated against the appellants-School has been dismissed.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants intends to approach the authorities concerned by way of filing the representation by raising the grievance as raised in the present appeal and the appellants will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the authority concerned to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case any representation is filed by the appellants qua the grievance being raised in the present appeal, before the authorities concerned, the same RIYA 2026.02.26 15:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

LPA-1752-2019 (O&M) -2will be considered and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and in case, the appellants is found entitled for grant of any relief, the same will be granted to him, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the appellants will be mentioned in the speaking order.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file a representation with authorities concerned so as to raise all the claims as raised in the present appeal.
