The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, order or direction to the respondent-authorities to regularize the services of the petitioner in terms of the policy dated 18.06.2014 (Annexure P-3) issued by the Government of Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the respondent/State to decide the legal notice dated 30.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) in view the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 1996 of 2024 titled Madan Singh and Others vs. State of Haryana and Others, along with a bunch of connected appeals.

CWP No.16812 of 2026 -2copy of the petition Mr. Deepak Balyan, Addl. AG Haryana, puts an appearance and assures the Court that above-said legal notice will be decided in view of Madan Singh's case (supra) within time bound manner. 5.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the respondents/Competent Authority are directed to decide the legal notice dated 30.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) in view of Madan Singh's case (supra), after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today. A copy of the said speaking order shall thereafter be supplied to the petitioner within one week.
