Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to protect/fix the petitioner's pay on his subsequent direct appointment as PGT English from the post of TGT English. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending legal notice dated 17.05.2024, Annexure P-15, in a specific period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 17.05.2024, will be decided by respondent No.2-Director General Secondary Education, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months.
