Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad to take action on the representation dated 18.01.2018 (Annexure P3), filed by the petitioner and reminder thereto dated 18.05.2018 (Annexure P4), whereby she had requested the Deputy Commissioner to fill up the earth in the pits due to which, in the rainy season, rain water accumulates in front of her house. But no action has been taken in this regard and petitioner is suffering badly because of ensuing rainy season.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad to take required action, if any, on the representation dated 18.01.2018 (Annexure P3), filed by the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
