Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to take required action for removal of illegal encroachment on the Gram Panchayat's land. For this purpose, petitioner had made representation dated 15.08.2017 (Annexure P2) before respondent No.2Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, but no action has been taken thereon. In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Karnal to look into the matter and take required action for removal of unauthorized possession/illegal encroachment on the Panchayat land, if any, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
