(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the notifications issued under Section 4 & 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (in short 'the Act'), dated 12.06.2012 (Annexure P-1) and 10.06.2013 (Annexure P-3), respectively, the award dated 31.07.2013 (Annexure P-4) and also to the order dated 08.07.2014 (Annexure P-6) issued by the respondents.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage.
