The petitioners are working on different posts in the Kharak Mangoli Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society Limited, Kharak Mangoli, VPO Kharak Mangoli, Tehsil and District Panchkula - respondent No.5 on consolidated salary. As per policy dated 4.3.2014 (Annexure P-1), the employees of a Primary Agriculture Co-operative Society (for short `PACS') would be allowed the pay scales under Rule 9 of the Primary Cooperative Credit & Service Societies Rules, 1992, if the PACS is in profit for the last two years. It is the grievance of the petitioners that though the PACS, wherein, the petitioners are working, is in profit for the last two years, but the pay scales have not been granted to them. In this regard, they have represented to the respondent authorities a number of times (Annexures P-4 and P-5), but no heed has been paid to their requests.

CWP-25778-2015 [2] Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondent No.2 to redress their grievance.
In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and take a decision on the claim of the petitioners as contained in the representation dated 20.12.2014 (Annexure P-5) in the light of the proposal dated 17.5.2014 (Annexure P-3) and the policy dated 4.3.2014 (Annexure P-1), expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
