The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 23.09.2014 (Annexure P-12) whereby he was compulsorily retired from service. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-UOI, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has passed away, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous.

The petitioner has not brought LRs on record. The petitioner was compulsorily retired and he was extended all the retiral benefits. The respondent has released family pension to wife of the deceased employee. 4.
