Dated Police Station Sections 22.10.2017 Sarhali, District Tarn 324, 326, 452, 506, 120-B IPC (later on added Taran offence u/s 326 IPC vide DDR No.35 dated 03.11.2017) Seeking quashing of the order dated 24.09.2019 (P-4) passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Tarn Taran in the FIR captioned above, vide which the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender, he has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

Vide order dated 24.07.2023, Coordinate Bench of this Court had released the petitioner on interim bail and directed him to surrender before the trial Court. 3.
Petitioner's counsel submits that in compliance to the order dated 24.07.2023, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and undertakes to appear on each and every date, except in the situation beyond his control. 4.
Given above, petition is allowed and interim order dated 24.07.2023 is made absolute. Petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on each and every date and in case, due to unavoidable circumstances, he is unable to appear then file an application.
