Through instant petition, preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to consider and grant him the benefit of Dynamic ACP in terms of govt. instructions dated 17.04.2000 (P-5) read with instructions dated 22.12.2011 (P-6) and 09.08.2016 (P-14) with all consequential benefits alongwith interest on delayed payment.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner moved various representations including latest one dated 27.10.2017 (P-13) to the respondents but till date no final decision has been taken. Instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2Director, Department of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Punjab, Chandigarh to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in representation (P-13) and to take a final/conscious decision in accordance with law, rules and instructions issued by government from time to time, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved against any of the order(s) passed by the concerned authority, he shall be at liberty to have recourse to the remedies available under law as well as to approach this Court.
