By way of the present petition filed under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, petitioner has moved before this Court for appointment of an independent Arbitrator on account of failure of the respondents to appoint an Arbitrator.

On the basis of application (CM-6984-CII-2024), which is supported with an affidavit of Asheen Khan, Special Power of Attorney of petitioner-Company, he seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 3.
