**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider his claim for promotion to the post of Headmaster, High School w.e.f the date juniors to him have been promoted with all consequential benefits. The juniors to the petitioners have been mentioned in para 11 of the petition. Notice of motion .

On asking of the Court, Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.

With regard to his grievance, petitioner has given a detailed representation dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure P-6) and legal notice dated 18.05.2018 (Annexure P-7) upon the respondents, but to no avail. At this stage, the present petition is disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No.2 to look into representation dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure P-6) and legal notice dated 18.05.2018 (Annexure P-7) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
