The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.156, dated 27.08.2022, registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 324 & 308 IPC added lateron) at Police Station City Rupnagar, District Rupnagar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 3.
