(Oral) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4 states that all the benefits (including salary) as claimed by the petitioners for the month of August, September and October, 2014 have already been released. He further states that the benefits (including salary) for the period of November 2014 will be released within three weeks from today. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.4, learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press this petition.
