(ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.
The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.112 dated 9.7.2019 registered under Sections 384, 354-D, 323, 506 IPC and Sections 452, 376, 511, 120-B IPC and Sections 66, 67 of the IT Act, 2000 (added later on), at Police Station Boha, District Mansa.
By virtue of the order dated 16.8.2019, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rajinder Singh, has endorsed the same and submitted that petitioner is no more required for SHARMILA DEVI 2021.07.22 17:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document phhc
