RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 195 dated 30.05.2024 under Section 406/420 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Jind Sadar, District Jind, Haryana. Vide order dated 05.08.2024, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation and to pay Rs.2,50,000/- to the complainant within a period of one week.
