(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner herein seeks liberty to withdraw the instant writ petition in order to approach the department concerned for considering 15 years service that the petitioner had rendered in the department by treating his case for the purpose of compulsory retirement.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
In case, the petitioner approaches the department concerned with a representation, the same be decided in accordance with law within a period of four months.
