*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) It is submitted that after framing of a scheme and approval thereof, the tail of the existing water course was extended till tail Burji 15500-TF. Order in this respect was passed on 03.06.2015, but, the same has not been implemented on ground despite repeated representations. Thus, a direction may be issued to the authorities concerned to decide the pending representations by passing a speaking order.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the pending representations dated 04.06.2018 (Annexure P-3) and 02.01.2019 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
