The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 20.05.2017 (Annexure P-6) whereby the respondents have denied their claim for regularization of their services.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instructions from his clients.

Mr. Shivoy Dhir, Sr. Panel Counsel submits that the petitioners since a long time are not in service. There is no policy of regularization. The issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment of Supreme Court in Union of India and ors. vs. Vartak Labour Union, ( 2011) 4 SCC 200.
