MAHESH GROVER, J. (Oral) We are not satisfied with the grievance raised in this petition. All the zimni orders indicate that the respondents in those petitions remained unserved. The petitioner has been unable to show effective steps taken by him to serve the unserved respondents and, therefore, he cannot make a grievance that the petitions are not being decided. Petition dismissed.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate steps to effect service on the unserved respondents through alternate modes, if so advised.
