In the last order, it had been made clear that fresh intimation to counsel for the parties be sent again and after that no further opportunity shall be provided.

As per office report, counsel for the appellant has been again informed regarding the date fixed but today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
