***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 20.05.2019 (Annexure P-7), passed by learned Executing Court, whereby the objections of the JD were dismissed.

There is a connected revision petition i.e. CR-4759-2019, wherein, the eviction order passed by learned Rent Controller, which stood affirmed by learned Appellate Authority, was challenged. However, the said revision petition has since been dismissed by this Court, today itself. In the given circumstances, when possession has been obtained by the landlord/DH and the execution has since been disposed of by the Court concerned, the present revision petition is hereby dismissed, as having become infructuous.
