Aggrieved by the order dated 02.05.2019 passed by Sessions Judge, Faridabad, vide which application u/s 391 CrPC filed by the petitioner, has been dismissed, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present criminal revision petition. 2.

Counsel for the State submits that main appeal before the Appellate Court, has already been disposed of vide order dated 23.01.2020 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Faridabad.

Given above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed of as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
