**** VIKAS SURI , J. (Oral) CM-5716-CII-2024 This is an application under Section 151 CPC for placing on record settlement deed dated 15.03.2024 as well as a copy of demand draft dated 13.03.2024 for a sum of Rs.7 lakhs drawn in favour of A. Ranganathan, as Annexure A-1.

For the reasons stated in the application supported by affidavit, the same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CM stands disposed of.

CR-4163-2023 (O&M) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties on 15.03.2024 and in terms of Clause 6 thereof, he prays for withdrawal of the present revision petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
