According to him, there is no infirmity in the order as the same has been passed after following the procedure as prescribed. He further submits that the costs imposed vide order dated 19.01.2017 shall be deposited with State Legal Services Authority, Haryana, within a week from today.
Stand of the respondent-State remains uncontroverted as the petitioners remain unrepresented.
Dismissed for want of prosecution.
