(ORAL) The appellant has filed the present appeal against order dated 14.12.2010 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Sunam whereby petition filed him under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act for custody of minors namely, Varun Kumar and Shivani, has been dismissed.

Varun Kumar was 8 years old and Shivani 3 years old when petition was filed in the year 2002. Since minors Varun Kumar and Shivani have attained majority, the present appeal has become infructuous.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
