**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to fix their pay by taking into consideration the pay of their juniors w.e.f. 01.01.2006. With regard to their grievance, petitioners have given a detailed legal notice dated 01.01.2018 (Annexure P-28) upon the respondents, but to no avail. They have also placed on record copies of judgments passed by this Court in CWP No.11254 of 2010, titled as 'Neelam Rani vs. The State of Haryana and others', decided on 15.05.2013 (Annexure P-26) and CWP No.14830 of 2017, titled as 'Ram Parsad & others vs. State of Haryana & others', 20.12.2017 (Annexure P-27), which squarely cover the issue involved in the present petition.

At this stage, the present petition is disposed of by giving direction to the Director, School Education-respondent No.2 to look into the legal notice dated 01.01.2018 (Annexure P-28) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
