On the oral request of learned counsel for the parties, all these writ petitions are taken up on board today itself for hearing. 2.

All these writ petitions are amenable for being decided through a common verdict as they involve a common issue for consideration. The challenge enclosed in these writ petitions is to the order(s) passed by the State Information Commission, Punjab.

During the pendency of these writ petitions, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Today, learned senior counsel for the petitioner has furnished a memorandum of understanding dated 09.04.2026, executed between the petitioner and respondent No.3, which is taken on record as "Mark-A".

Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 admits the factum of compromise and requests that parties be directed to adhere to the terms of the compromise.

In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of with the following directions:- (a) The impugned order(s) are hereby set aside;

(b) The petitioner and respondent No.3 shall strictly abide by the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding (supra).

Pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly. 7.

A photocopy of this order be placed on file of each connected case.
