(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the constitution of India, inter alia challenging the order dated 07th June, 2017, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, (in short 'the Tribunal), Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh, whereby, the Tribunal has directed the competent authority to complete the Departmental Enquiry, initiated against the petitioner, in pursuance of the charge-sheet dated 12th October, 2010, in all respect, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.

Accordingly, it was prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
