Present writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to send the petitioner to his nominated training centre as Soldier (General Duty).

Contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the same purpose, he had appeared in the written examination as well as physical test, but finally he was not sent for training. For this purpose, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 20.06.2018 (Annexure P11), which remained unattended by now.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma, Senior Panel Counsel for Union of India accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.
