Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Maggar Singh, submits that petitioner has not come forward to join investigation as undertaken on 15.11.2019.

It may be noted that earlier also, the petitioner was given opportunity to join investigation vide order dated 30.10.2019 but he did not join the investigation.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to grant concession of bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
