(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned Award dated 19.10.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he has no instructions on behalf of the petitioner, however, he is aware that the petitioner company has gone into insolvency and a resolution plan has been submitted for approval by the NCLT.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
