At the time of hearing today,learned counsel for the petitioner states at the Bar that the present writ petition has become infructuous as during the pendency of the present writ petition appeal itself stands decided.

In view of the statement made by the counsel at the Bar present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 02.07.2015.
