(ORAL) Revision petition herein is for issuance of a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhiwani to decide a pending application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of Civil Procedure Code seeking interim relief (Annexure P-6).

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. No grounds for interference are made out. Courts are working currently under certain restrictions owing to Covid 19 pandemic and, certain delays in disposal would naturally take place.
