(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that similar matter has been decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 15286 of 2015 & other connected cases, wherein, in view of subsequent Ordinance having been issued by the State of Punjab, bearing Ordinance No.40Leg./2015, dated 14.12.2015, called the Punjab Development of Trade, Commerce and Industries (Validation) Ordinance 2015, the writ petitions have been disposed of as infructuous. It was thus prayed that in view thereof, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
