Application is allowed and affidavits dated 25.10.2017 on behalf of respondents No.5 to 16 are taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

CWP-21390-2017 This petition is filed seeking directions for setting aside the orders dated 26.04.2017 passed by respondent No.1, dated 22.04.2015 passed by respondent No.2, order dated 18.03.2011 passed by respondent No.4 and for affirming the order dated 21.07.2011 passed by respondent No.3 and also thereby passing appropriate orders for sanctioning mutation regarding the estate of Late Kishan Chand on the basis of Will dated Sonia Bura 2017.11.15 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh

CWP-21390-2017 (O&M) -220.01.1994 especially in view of settlement/compromise dated 17.02.2017 (Annexure P-5).

At the time of notice of motion, the matter was placed before the Lok Adalat of this Court. However, Lok Adalat has returned the case on the ground that issue of title cannot be decided. Private respondents have filed their respective affidavits, which are already on record.

Learned counsel for respondents No.5 to 16 submits that the respondents are not contesting this petition as the matter has already been settled by way of compromise.

The present petition is thus, disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and in view thereof, the Assistant Collector, 2nd Grade shall proceed in to the matter of mutation in view of the compromise.
