The petitioner herein is the respondent's husband. A petition under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, is pending. 2.

On the application filed by the petitioner, he has been permitted to meet the child on the second Saturday of every month between 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM. However, the petitioner claims that he has only been granted the right to meet the child once a month. 3.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the parties are at the advanced stage to mutually settle the dispute. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to be passed and hence, the present revision petition is disposed of. (Anil Kshetarpal) Judge December 21, 2022 "DK"
