RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to conduct fair investigation or re-investigation in case FIR No.92, dated 29.06.2022, under Sections 6/12/17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 323/376(2)/120 B IPC, registered at Police Station Women Jhajjar, District Jhajjar.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that no progress has been made in the investigation since the date of the registration of the FIR.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and at the outset submits, on instructions from ASI Sunita, that after investigation, cancellation has been recommended in this case and the same is likely to be filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
