The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to form a Special Investigating Team for investigation of FIR No.729 dated 14.10.2018 under Sections 323, 34, 354, 452, 506 IPC, Police Station Sadar Bahadurgar (Anneuxre P-2) and FIR No.119 dated 14.4.2019 under Sections 147, 149, 323, 452, 506 IPC, Police Station Asauda, District Jhajjar (Anneuxre P-5). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present case is a case arising out of a civil dispute in respect of a house which the petitioner had purchased from respondent No.7 (complainant) vide sale deed dated 18.5.2018 (Annexure P-1) and that respondent No.7 despite GAURAV SOROT 2019.09.06 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

(2) having sold the said house has been making attempt to take possession of the said house with the help of the police. Learned counsel has submitted that in this regard, respondent No.7 has got lodged two false FIRs i.e. Annexure P2 and Annexure P-5, simply in order to pressurize the petitioner to give up his claim in respect of property in question. 3.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar to look into the matter and to dispose of representation (Annexure P-6) expeditiously and in case, the allegations made therein are found to be well-founded then necessary steps warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest. It is further directed that the investigation pertaining to aforesaid 2 FIRs be got investigated thoroughly to rule out the possibility of any false allegations.

A copy of this order along with copy of representation (Annexure P-6) be sent to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
