ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) In view of the compliance affidavit filed by respondent No.4, it is stated that since February, 2021 onwards, the monthly pension to the petitioners is being paid subject to final outcome of the pending LPA No.862 of 2020.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
