Civil Misc. No. 405-CWP of 2015 This is an application for placing on record documents as Annexure P2 (Colly.). Application is allowed as prayed for. Documents are taken on record. Registry to page mark the paper-book accordingly. Civil Writ Petition No. 26643 of 2014 Petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of Mandamus seeking action against Sarpanch of village Aharwala (respondent No.6) for certain alleged irregularities. He has already moved representation (Annexure P1) in this regard.
At this stage, this court find no ground to interfere in the writ jurisdiction. Petitioner is, however, relegated to pursue his representation (Annexure P1).
